Choose a subscription plan, select your themes, and receive your backdrop covers or digital files. After use, send back the physical covers using the included return label, or if you're on the digital plan, download and print as needed. Then just swap and repeat!
That depends on your plan:
- 1 full set (2–3 backdrops) per month
- 2 shipments/month | 2 full sets per shipment (3–5 backdrops per set)
- 3 full sets per shipment (3–5 backdrops per set) | Unlimited swaps
- 1 email/month with 5 exclusive designs to download
Yes! Each month, you’ll select from our available designs. We offer a rotating catalog of exclusive, trending, and seasonal backdrops.
Accidents happen! Minor wear is expected, but if a backdrop is returned with major damage (rips, stains, uncleanable marks), a replacement fee may apply. We’ll always notify you first.
You can keep each delivery for up to 2 weeks, giving you plenty of time for setup, teardown, and returns. Elite members have extended flexibility due to unlimited swaps.
Each delivery includes a prepaid return label. Just pack the covers in the original mailer, stick the label on, and drop it off at your local USPS or UPS location (depending on carrier).
No need to wash them—we professionally clean and inspect every cover after it’s returned. Just fold them neatly and send them back.
If you're subscribed to The Digital Swap, you’ll receive a monthly email with links to download 5 high-resolution designs. Files are formatted for both foam board and fabric printing. Custom design requests are welcome!
Yes! If you fall in love with a design, you can request to purchase it at a discounted member rate. Just contact us before returning it.
